MentoringÂ
Our 1:1 Mentoring Support program is for young people who may be facing challenges such as trauma, disengagement from school, involvement with youth justice, family difficulties, emotional struggles, identity issues or social isolation.

We provide consistent, culturally safe, and trauma-informed support through strong, trusting relationships. Our mentors understand lived experiences and the realities many young people face today.

This program is more than mentoring — it is about helping young people:

-
Build trust and feel safe
-
Grow confidence and self-worth
-
Stay accountable and make positive choices
-
Feel seen, heard, and valued

We meet young people where they are at, without judgement. We create safe spaces where they can be honest, vulnerable, and supported to grow.

Through consistent mentorship and genuine connection, we help them build resilience, break negative cycles, and create healthier pathways forward.
Group Mentoring
Our Group Mentoring Programs support young people through structured weekly sessions over 8–10 weeks.
Â
In a supportive group setting, they are encouraged to explore their emotions, challenges, and personal growth.

Using a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, sessions include real-life storytelling, practical activities, group discussions, and reflection. This helps young people build resilience, confidence, and positive peer connections.

Group mentoring is ideal for young people who may be:

-
Disengaged from school
-
At risk of suspension, exclusion, or negative behaviours
-
Experiencing trauma, grief, or instability
-
Struggling with emotions, anger, or behaviour
-
Affected by family or community violence, or peer pressure
-
Lacking confidence, support, or positive role models
-
Exploring identity, belonging, or cultural connection
-
Needing support with social skills and wellbeing

The goal of the program is to help young people feel more confident, connected, and supported, while improving their wellbeing and engagement. It also helps build positive support networks that last beyond the program.
Built on lived experience and trauma-informed practice, these school-based workshops use real stories and honest conversations to connect with students in a genuine and relatable way.
Â
We encourage reflection, emotional awareness, and positive peer connection, helping young people feel seen, heard, and understood.

The workshops are particularly impactful for students who may be:

• Disengaged from education
• At risk of suspension or exclusion
• Involved with youth justice or community concerns
• Experiencing trauma, grief or family violence
• Struggling with emotional regulation or behavioural challenges
• Lacking confidence, connection or positive supports
• Navigating identity, cultural or belonging challenges
• Impacted by mental health struggles, peer pressure or community violence

Workshops are tailored to suit the age group, school environment and needs of the students and can be delivered as one off sessions, weekly programs, term based engagement or targeted group work.
