Who is eligible for support?
Our services are specifically designed for First Nations families and individuals seeking culturally grounded mentoring and support. We welcome anyone within the community who is looking for a trauma-informed approach to healing and growth.
How does the referral process work?
You can refer yourself or a family member using our online form above or contacting the team on firstnationscs@outlook.com. Once submitted, a member of our team will yarn with you to understand your needs and ensure we provide the most respectful and effective support possible.
How much do the books and mentoring services cost?
Individual books are $20.00, Please email Firstnationscs@outlook.com for complete series or bulk orders. Regarding the mentoring programs and workshops, we encourage you to share a bit about what you need in the enquiry form and we’ll get back to you with options that fit you and your budget.
Are your mentoring services mobile?
Yes. Our mentor can travel to schools, homes and community spaces to meet young people and families where they feel most comfortable.
What can I expect when I reach out?
Expect a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally supportive environment. We focus on yarning and building a relationship first. We're here to listen and walk alongside you at your own pace, ensuring you feel empowered every step of the way.
